If you are aiming to pursue M.Tech in Mechatronics, you can do so from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surathkal, Karnataka. Other institutes like the Vellore Institute of Technology (Vellore), Bengal Engineering & Science University (Shibpur),Biju Patnaik University of Technology (Rourkela), Jawaharlal Nehru Technological university (Hyderabad),Kongu Engineering College (Erode) also offer M.Tech programmes in Mechatronics. Besides, the three CSIR Laboratories (CMERI Durgapur, CEERI Pilani and CSIO, Chandigarh) and the Central Institute of Tool Design (Hyderabad) also have post graduate courses in Mechatronics.

Hi Cheema, what is your bachelors degree in? You need to relate your educational qualification with your future course of interest. As you have already done a Diploma, it may not be easy to get a vis for Diploma. Hence, if you have no relevance to Automotive industry whether work wise or qualification wise, kindly rethink again if this is what you actually want to do.

HI Cheema, it would be advisable to go for a Bachelors/Masters rather than a Diploma depending on your previous qualification.
If you have completed 12 then some facts you should know about UG in Germany are :
Engineering in Germany at bachelors is 4 yrs in duration. Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:
