Whether a college or course is good is your own decision.let me help you with a few parameters that can help you judge the 'goodness'. The goodness of a college can be judged by exploring (through the websites or directly contact):
-Whether the college is UGC recognized and offers AICTE approved program
-Whether the faculty is experienced
-Whether course structure is satisfactory
-Whether industry interface is frequent(organizing workshops/seminars)
-Whether placements are consistent
-Whether current students/alumni give a positive feedback about the college

The fees in Echelon Institute of Technology for B.Tech. is Rs.1,07,000 per year and it is not branch wise. You can take admission in this college through Haryana Department of technical education website www.techeduhry.nic.in as it is on line procedure. The college provides scholarship which is merit based. Since your marks are below 90% , you are not eligible. Haryana government gives scholarships to SC candidates whose parents income is between Rs.1,00,000 to Rs. 2.4 Lac per annum but this is available after you have taken admission in the college and paid the first year fees. One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy. Therefore choose the subjects you enjoy as well as which are your strengths.
