Hi Sushil,
I would suggest you to start with CCNA course which will cover the basics and then go with professional level certifications like CCNP, CCSP etc.Final level is the CCIE certification. Hope that helps.

Hi,
As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA from universities abroad, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for some years after completing your B.tech and then opt for MBA from good universities abroad.

As per your query, I would suggest you not to worry, as you may surely improve your english with some extra effort and dedication.
In order to improve your English you may consider following tips.
Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
You should start watching English news channel, this will help you to know,how to modulate your voice while speaking.
Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce
