Hi,
No law college in India offers part time program. If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

Your Graduation has nothing to do much or it varies when you pursue your MBA in Retail Management.
Because MBA Retail focuses on Merchandising products,meeting the targets.
But consider the case when a company which sells products as Cosmetics,Drugs etc yes in this case you will be preferred because you have a perfect matchup for such companies.
So, it is upto you that in what sense do you want to take advantage of your education.
If to talk about the placements If your college supports Placement then yes you can get good placements depending in your study,Scores,CGPA etc.
