No law college in India offers part time program. If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

1. To become a lawyer, you need to get a degree in law by taking up a five-year Bachelor of Law (B.A. LL.B) degree course after completing your higher secondary education (Class 12) or by pursuing the three-year B.A. LL.B after obtaining a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. For admission into a law school in India, you need to take an entrance exam called the Common Law Admission Test. You can plan accordingly. For details, visit www.clat.ac.in
3. You must have strong analytic skills, good interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of the basic principles in order to successfully settle as a Lawyer.
4. After obtaining degree, you can practice as a lawyer. To specialize in any specific law, it may be a good idea to pursue a post-graduate law degree or diploma courses in related field
5. You can join either the Bar Council of India or a local or state bar council by submitting an application.
