Hi,
As per your query it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA from IIMs or NITs so regarding this please remember it is not possible to get admission in these institutes without taking CAT test.
Besides CAT test you also need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation to be eligible to get admission in these institutes.
Please note that each IIMs and NITs shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include:
1.Written Ability Test.
2.Group Discussions.
3.Personal Interviews.

Hi Praveen,
MBA and PGDM are both management courses yet the only difference is the approach to its curriculum.
MBA give more focus to the syllabus framed by the university and no change is bought in for years.
As for PGDM the focus is more on the current industrial demands and requirements.
The curriculum of PGDM gets slightly changed every year.
The flexibility provided by PGDM is the key success factor of the course.
