Dear Jeevan, a university needs to have UGC approval not AICTE approval. AICTE approval is for colleges running technical courses. Whereas UGC is a governing body that approves universities after measuring them on prescribed parameters. UGC approval enables a university to run technical courses without AICTE approval. A UGC approved university doesn't need AICTE approval.

Dear Garima yes you can opt for BBA/ MBA without any fear. It won't be difficult to deal with the subjects if you will work on them/ practice them a little.
These days, we have universities like LPU, JGBS, IMNU etc that are offering integrated BBA-MBA too.
