Hi,
If you are not interested in management in your post graduation then you can go for some other degrees too such as M.Com, M.Sc Economics, M.Sc (Hotel Management), M.Sc (Design-Interior & Furniture), MA (Journalism & Mass Communication), etc.
So, you can choose any of the above-mentioned streams according to your interest. But the most important thing is that the institute from which you pursue your post graduation.
It's better to choose a good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, and good placements like:

Frankly speaking I don't know much about IBS Mumbai, but whatever I have heard till now I think Chetana's is better option. We have good faculties and consistent 100% placement records at our credentials. Average package offered is between 5-6 Lacs.

If you will opt for any english language course offered by the college, then it will cost you in lakhs. So you should take IELTS again as it will cost you around 12000 rupees.
