According to the best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses.
If making a career in management is your priority, then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants.
B.Com, on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study.

After completing your Diploma, the best option for you should be to go for graduation because if you don't complete your graduation you will miss many good career opportunities in the future. You would not be eligible for MBA exams. Also, you can not give IES or IAS exam as well. Also, the value of graduation is really good when compared to Diploma degree,
you can take lateral entry directly in third year after Diploma, so you can complete your graduation in three years.

Yes definitely you can study Hotel Management, but you should have minimum 50% in your class 12th standard and also you need to give entrance exam if required.
