If you are willing to pursue psychology programme then you start your education into the same. You can do B.Sc or BA psychology programme and then in Master's degree choose the specialisation according to your calibre and interest whether it's counselling, clinical or organisation psychology.

The official cut-off marks for this year (2017) has not been released. So you may refer to the link below which gives the opening and closing ranks for the year 2016:

This year, the cut-offs have gone down so that there are many chances for a person with a mark above 100 to easily get an NIT.
The closing and opening ranks vary each year. It will not be a constant.

Your rank is almost 5 L. I feel it would be real tough to get admission in any good college in Odisha. However, it all depends on how many other students have scored more than you. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

(a) IGNOU is a central university and its degree are valid for jkb in Government & Private sector and for higher studies in India and Foreign Universities.
(b) Study material is excellent. You need not refer to anh other material for learning.
(c) Fee is reasonable.
(d) Selection is on merit in Entrance Examinations so there is a quality check in input.
(e) Padegogy is good. University is pioneer in use of Information Technology in courses delivery.
