Mentioning a few: CBIT, Vasavi, G Narayanamma, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Vardhaman College of engineering and JNTU-H OU College.
The branch which you'd want to opt for solely depends on your interest. Go for the stream at which you want to rely on for the entire life.
Personal suggestions: If you are good at electronics (physics) go for an ECE or EEE, if you are keen to learn the high level languages of computer, go for IT or CSE.

Bachelors and Masters programmes are available in travel and tourism from various institute having a good track record of placement and vocational university as well as IGNOU.
But practical experience is must along with studies. You need to be ready for travel. I advise you to look for such academic institutions which are focused in providing courses only into travel & tourism. I have suggested you one institution which I know can fulfill all these criteria.
