Hi,
As you have done your diploma after 10th, it will be difficult for you to get admission as you need to complete your 12th. As a friend I would suggest you to go for a short term diploma or a certificate course in Computers and simultaneously complete your 12 from NIOS and after completing your 12th, you can opt for lateral entry in computer engineering with the help of your diploma.

to get engineering College of Delhi you have to Clear IP University CET or to get DTU or NSIT you have to score very high rank in AIEEE With in 12,000. Else go for Colleges of Haryana through haryana Counseling.
