As per your query pursuing MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

You are still quite educated for banking ma'am. I suggest you geta few banking books for aptitude and for english, They are must. u can keep looking for opportunities at the website of banks, employement news or can join a private bank but do some course etc in economics or marketting etc.
