English honors is wherein u only study englisha dn its components like literature etc throught your complete time but in english as a major subject u have other subjects also but the emphasis is on english. If you want to study english only then go for english honors ma'am.

U should do mba or mca after bca to get a satisfactory job otherwise the prospectives are not very good. The job is not high paying after bca10k-18k in general.
