Hi Ajit,
The main difference between PGDM and MBA is that PGDM is a postgraduate diploma which is given by stand alone / Autonomous Institutes which come under the jurisdiction of AICTE like IIMs, XLRI, SP Jain etc. And MBA is a degree program provided only by Unversities and come under the jurisdiction of UGC like JBIMS and FMS, PUMBA, these B-schools are university depts. of their respective university.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Hi Harpreet,
You can consider pursuing BBA- MBA Integrated course program.
However, if your hardcore interest lies in Film Making, I would suggest you to go for Bachelors Degree in Media & Mass Communication and later on pursue a specialized degree in post graduation.
Since Film Making deals with an array of specializations like Cinematography, Sriptwriting,Screenplay, Production, Sound Recording, Direction etc, you need to analyse your expertise first.
