Master's in USA or Australia will require a 4 years Bachelor's degree or work experience of 2 to 3 years. You can either go for MS in computers or look for a diploma in IT/ management etc as diplomas do not require work experience and its easy to get a job also because these are skill based courses. Once you decide, write here for more guidance.

Hi,
To be a practicing lawyer in any country, you need a degree in law from respective country or clear their licensing exams. You are already a graduate in commerce so look for specialization in law and taxation through a diploma first in country of your choice and then go for a degree to become a consultant.
