As per UGC guidelines, you can't go for 2 regular degree courses at the same time. Both being the post graduation degrees, you have to choose any 1 first and then go for the another. Eligibility criteria for pursuing LLB in most of the top universities is pass with 50% marks in your graduation degree and you might have to clear some entrance test with it, (it may vary with the university you want to take admission in).
After LLB, you can appear for Civil and Judicial services in your respective States. IAS, JAGS, Services in Army, Corporate Lawyer, Legal Advisors in MNCs and Company, Legal Processing outsourcing, Practice in Criminal
