Hi,
As per UGC guidelines, you can't go for 2 regular degree courses at the same time. Both being the post graduation degrees, you have to choose any 1 first and then go for the another. Eligibility criteria for pursuing LLB in most of the top universities is pass with 50% marks in your graduation degree and you might have to clear some entrance test with it, (it may vary with the university you want to take admission in).
After LLB, you can appear for Civil and Judicial services in your respective States. IAS, JAGS, Services in Army, Corporate Lawyer, Legal Advisors in MNCs and Company, Legal Processing outsourcing, Practice in Criminal

With 73 marks, just over the cut-off of 70 marks for OBC category of JEE mains this year, and with 81% in boards, your rank will be around 90000, if not more than that. You won't be able to get admission into this college even with the OBC quota. The closing rank of the college was around 50000 and that too was for chemical branch other state. So you wont be able to get this college.

It depends on the career path, which you have in mind. If you have picked out a more niche area of expertise, then it would be best to go for a BBA course.
In fact, if you wish to be a financial analyst, risk manager or credit analyst, then a BBA in financial analysis and services is the best option.

Computer science engineers are involved in many aspects of computing from the design of individual microprocessors, personal computers and supercomputers to circuit designing and writing software that powers them.
Information technology deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to store, protect the process, transmit and securely retrieve data. IT professionals perform a variety of tasks that range from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases.
Both the branches are good, opt for the branch in which you are interested.
