SPA's are the best institutes for pursuing B.Arch in the country followed by NIT's and some other institutions. So, obviously SPA, Bhopal is better if you score enough to get into it.

Diploma courses are for those students who are not able to afford high fees of regular technical colleges or due to some reason unable to take admission but don't want to waste their time.
