Hello Jaya, Both IGNOU as well as DU have good reputation. Advantage with IGNOU is it's pan India presence. So if you are working or if staying with parents & parents ate have transferrable job then IGNOU is the best.

1. Gujarat National Law University
2. Nirma University
Some of the good colleges in Rajasthan are:
1. National Law University, Jodhpur
Other law colleges are almost same. However, do look at brochure first to see the subjects offered and faculty profile.

Honestly, go for a B.Tech if you can't manage both job and Bachelor's which is very difficult indeed. Even though companies like FANUC come in our college for campus placement, I would still go for a B.Tech because for rest of my life my qualification would remain Diploma only and I don't like that. As a matter of fact Diploma students are considered below the Bachelor's students even though if you have more knowledge than them. I hope it helps.

Both are same but there are some differences between them. Computer Science and information technology syllabus is approximately same but in 8th semester, only one subject is changed in IT. Companies and recruiters first prefer CS students over IT students.

If you are really enthusiastic to be a Doctor, then take a gap, study well and try next year. But your risk should be worth it. The other option is if you want to become IAS IPS etc. Then go for B.A. Or B.Sc. With a well planned Honours to help you in the optional paper in UPSC.

To get admission, you have to get through entrance test. This year it already over. You can try next year. The entrance is based on your subject. So, study well from now on.
