The fees for this BSc in AME could be anything around 1.25Lakhs per year for three years degree course. However, if you have good skills in negotiations, you may get a discount on your fees. Hence do contact the persons mentioned on their website before making any payment towards fees etc. This course will enable you to appear for licensing exam by DGCA which in term will enable you to work on maint of aircraft. Yes they do have BBA in hospitality, tour and travel course
BBA in Hospitality and Tourism spans over 6 semesters inclusive of an internship in the sixth semester. The minimum eligibility to apply for BBA in Hospitality and Tourism is 10+2 level of schooling or any equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognised board.

Yes, you can pursue nursing course after the completion of your graduation. You can pursue general nursing and midwifery or B.Sc. In nursing after graduation but for that, you have to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the university where you want to take admission.
