It is not clear whether Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) offers any PG courses without entrance. According to icdistanceeducation. Com, MG University Distance Education does not offer any UG and PG courses under open and distance learning modes. However, MG University offers several postgraduate programs where admission is based on entrance exams. It is recommended that you check with the specific university or institution you are interested in to determine their admission requirements for PG courses.

Hello! Tushar, You will not be able to get IMU Kolkata with this rank, nor IMU Mumbai. Even IMU Visakhapatnam won't take you with this rank. IMU Kolkata sees a cut off rank 500-600 in general category. I have no idea if there is a girls' quota kind of thing here. However, you get 50% waiver in fee being a girl candidate.

First of all, get information about University in Germany that offers M.Sc. Astrophysics, then look for their requirements, many of them require GRE or TOEFL scores. Then if you fulfill the requirements then fill out the application form.
