Hi, With 80%, you have slightly less chances and don't expect the top colleges although if you belong to a reserved category, you can get admission in DU.

It is already started for GATE GPAT students. Visit Andhra Pradesh PGECET. Nic.in. Same website for PGECET exam students. You have to pay for counselling, and take the slip and other documents for verification.
