SSC CGL Exam conducts in 4 tiers. Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exam is an Objective type paper. It includes both Hindi and English languages. Tier 3 Exam is a descriptive paper in which you can choose only one language in Hindi or English. Tier 4 exam is a computer proficiency test or skill test in which SSC check your skills and ability. GK section includes in Tier 1 and Tier 2 paper. It means you can easily read question in Hindi and other in English. Thank You.

You have to speak to various colleges of your choice to know their acceptability of NATA score. Normally, all the colleges have the NATA data - if in case you are eligible, you will get a call. But, it is better to check at your end by individually calling the colleges.

JEE scores are accepted in most colleges in India for Engineering admissions.
You are asking for B.Arch - here JEE not accepted. The students can get admission in B. Arch. by appearing in NATA entrance exam which is conducted by Council of Architecture every year and qualifying examination from a recognized university or board. There are various colleges which are taking admission of students through this entrance exam.

For Regular courses - Total seats: 31. (Lady Irwin College). I do not think DU offer Distance Learning for this course. You can try IGNOU – it is an open university and approved by UGC. They provide Distance learning.
