The selection criteria for BSc course at AIIMS Bathinda is based on the candidate's performance the NEET UG exam. The eligibility criteria for MBBS course at AIIMS Bathinda requires the candidates to pass Class 12 or with a minimum 60% aggregate (50% for reserved category) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects. Additionally, the age limit is that candidates must be 17 years old as of 31st December 2025. Candidates must fulfil this eligibility criteria for applying for admission in the institute.

No, admission to all the AIIMS Raipur courses is based on specific entrance exams conducted/accepted by the institute. For admission to the MBBS programme, AIIMS Raipur accepts the NEET UG exam, while for admission to its PG programmes the institute accepts the scores of INI CET. After qualifying for the exam candidates must appear for the counselling process, The NEET exam is followed by the MCC NEET Counselling for admission to the AIIMS Raipur.
