Regular exams are conducted twice in a year in the month of Oct- Nov and in the month of April - May
NIOS Certificate Valid you are eligible for Medical entrance exam after passing 12th from NIOS
For this exam you have to pass 12th with minimum 50% marks.

You need to appear for, IELTS, PLAB 1 and PLAB II exam. IELTS and PLAB I you can do in India. For PLAB II you have to go to UK and write. Once you are through, you can register as doctor in UK. However to do your MD , you need minimum three years of work experience.
IELTS required score :
A score of at least 7.0 in each of the four areas tested (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
And an overall score of at least 7.5
