To take admission in M.S (Computer Science) at IIT Delhi :
You must have a 4-year B.Tech./B.E. degree or a MSc./MCA degree in a computer-science related area (preferably in computer science itself, or else with extensive experience in computing) with an excellent academic record.

It depends on the reputation of college as if you done your mba from IIMs(those provide autonomous degree) than value of your mba degree will be more than any other degree otherwise in general terms autonomous courses are valued less than any general mba course and not good if you are willing to join Phd after an mba.

Yes, you can. if you wanted to as minimum qualification for CA is 12th but I dont get a connection with MBBS and CA. I think you have to give your time in MBBS studies instead of rushing for two different courses.
