It depends from which university you are going to do it and also what type of recognition. Kindly let me know about your academics background and also if any IELTS or GRE score. There is value for PG diploma but better is if you can go got masters. And masters is better option, but then its better you take admission in University for masters.

2)Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you .
rom below given mathematical calculation , you can calculate your MAT percentile .
If N is the Total number of candidates appearing in MAT Exam
Then the percentile score P is given as,
P = (Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you/ N) x 100
in this way you can easily calculate your percentile.
