Please do not have any pre-conceived notion that freshers do not fit well in a MBA curriculum. It is true that after having work experience, one is able to relate more to the MBA curriculum but that is only with regards to specific subjects and functional areas. 2-3 years of work experience is required in case you wish to pursue your MBA from quality universities. Else, you may consider Masters in a specific field. I would recommend look out for engineering management course from University of Waterloo! You need to be academically strong to seek admission to this university!

Basic eligibility for purusing MBA in Aviation is:
Aspirant must have passed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum two years of work experience in the aviation industry.
So eligibility criteria may differ in different institutes. As each college have their own policy and procedure for admission.
