Cookery and Hotel Management is entirely different. Hotel management is actually Hospitality management where you need to apply Customer relationship skills, sales skills etc. You can specialize in facility management too. Hi, if you are studying engineering then you should give a serious thought to MTech. MCA is of no relevance to you as BE is equivalent to MCA. After your MTech you should start working in engineering field for 2-3 years and judge whether you are liking it practically or not. At that time you should consider doing MBA to change your field. Just go with the flow.
