Better option for you is the polytechnic in lateral entry.

Please study well & score good marks. Then for integrated study you will get the admission in graduation & post graduation level at the same time. The course will be of four years.

After BBA doing MBA in Civil Construction is not a good idea as you will face the competition form the Engineering graduates who may also had MBA in Civil Construction. As now a days many engineering graduates are opting for MBA. So better choose HR, Finance, Production & Marketing. That will help you.

Now a days getting job in UK directly or going on job visa is quite difficult. You need to have pass the UK Medical Council Examination. First please appear for the examination of Council & once you pass then it will be very easy for you to go there on job visa. Otherwise just enroll on some certification or diploma course in UK.

First you need to clear the Dental Council Examination of the respective countries. Without going there also you can appear for the examination.
