It would be really difficult to find such courses in India where in you get a Masters and a job along with it, there may be some institutes which give internship in the last semester of Masters but you would rarely find such Institutes. All such courses are available abroad.

It is not possible to get admission in masters in logistics and supply chain management on the basis of IELTS score. You would either have to take the GMAT or GRE(GMAT recommended). Also, i would like to let you know that if you have not taken IELTS yet, you should take the TOEFL and not the IELTS as the TOEFL is the preferred English test in USA. Regarding fees and funds for a year, it depends from university to university and course to course. You do your 12th from National open university. if gap is not so wider then you pursue your 12th from Delhi university along with you doing a small job.
