In my view, Delhi is better for MBA as there are a wide variety of organizations in and around Delhi. Students can easily get exposure to various fields of interest. Also, if you look at stats, the average package of MBA colleges of Delhi is more than other cities.

The admission to all the BTech programs in NITs is done through JEE Mains only. Therefore, you will have to appear in Maths paper to claer JEE. You will have to take Maths as sixth subject with your 12th class board or Maths as additional subject after 12th board.

After 12th commerce, you will not be able to pursue B.Sc IT because for B.Sc IT one should have passed in science stream. If you are interested in computers then you can pursue BCA and then MCA. This has more scope as compared to B.Sc IT.

AIR in JEE Mains of previous years has actually no relevance from this year, since AIR is going to be prepared by utilizing marks obtained only in this exam. In earlier years, marks obtained in class 12th were counted for preparation of AIR. Hence, you should not worry about your rank, but study well.
