Yes, you can take admission at Manipal Institute of communication with a 70 percent in Class 12. Although the minimum Class 12  percentage required to take admission is 45 percent. At Manipal Institute of communication, M.A. has better placement than B.Sc. This is because MA is a PG course and PG courses have better placements than UG courses.
