    The eligibility criteria for the M.A. programme at Manipal Institute of Communication (MIC) is as follows:
    For Indian/Domestic (General Category) candidates:
    Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
    Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields will be given preference.

    Selection Process:
    Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the Manipal Entrance Test (MET).
    The MET is a computer-based test that assesses candidates' aptitude for the program.

    Candidates who are seeking admission to M.A course must pass in the following from a recognised university with a minimum of 50%. BE/BTech in Biomedical Enginnering/ Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/ Instrumentation/ Medical Electronics/ Telecommunication or equivalent.

    For M.A it is required for the candidate to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying exams or other entrances like CAT/CUET/MET. Candidate should have well ethics and disciplinary manners along with proper behavioural and communication skills.
