The top good colleges in your bracket would be M.S Ramaiyah Bangalore, UPES Dehradoon, Lloyd , NILM, IMT, BIMTECH etc. While all of them provides traditional MBA's like HR and Finance while UPES is the only core sector university that offers MBA in specialized fields like oil and gas, aviation, power management, Port and shipping and much more. At this point you can go for regular PGDM from one of IIMs or other B-Schools in India. For Executive MBA, you will need atleast 5 years of work experience. For example, in IIMA, average work-ex of students in executive PGDM is around 7 years. However I believe that two years of work experience is the best time to do a regular PGDM from one of IIMs.

You can opt for M.Pharm or short term programmes in pharmacy related fields such as clinical pharmacy, community pharmacy, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, and retail pharmacy and so on. With your grades you may look for a Master's degree in a good university and it is also best to stick to the related field. Choose wisely keeping your career path in mind.
You will find good study options in your field at University of Alberta, University of Manitoba, Dalhousie University, Seneca College, Sheridan College, Humber College to name a few.

Yes RIIM Pune will be good option for MBA & PGDM specifically when you are looking for good ROI, Industry exposure, extra certifications in less fees and good learning opportunities. Bournemouth is one of the best in UK. Otherwise you can look at Teesside, Hertfordshire etc. Do make a good portfolio before you approach a college. Studying abroad in Programming/ Animation/ Design is great but you would need to understand their structure and how it works.
If you're still searching you can look at studying for a job oriented diploma at a leading school in Canada.
