The eligibility criteria may differ for each university. In general, for pursuing Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) from any university abroad, the candidate must have completed his/her master's research degree.
For some universities, a first class honors Bachelor degree from a recognized institution is enough. The candidate also has to clear the entrance exam such as GRE or ToEFL or IELTS or similar ones preferred by the university.
The candidates' work experience and internship will add to his educational qualifications.
