miss suchitra see basically call centres BPO kPO,marketing hr etc deapartments give preference to fresher graduates than postgraduates bcoz fresher graduates work with less salary .suppose if you doing marketing for 1 company with less salry so why company ll recruit post graduates.examlpe : see in many BPO KPO ,insurance compnay,maraketing ,hr etc.bcoz post graduates demand more salary than graduates mean overall qualification matters .so company give more works by paying less salary.Except some TOP MNCs.company use tacts : if fresher doing same job like post graduates MBAs MMSs etc. in less salary so why company ll not recruit gra
