For better job opportunity i will advise you to join MCA but do it only if you are good in mathematics because in MCA and MCA entrance you have to study maths as most BCA student feel difficult to study maths so better think before making any decision.
1) Msc IT is two year course MCA is three year course
2) Msc IT focuse on various IT or Web related study with sort of programming where in MCA you have to learn so much of programming and Math.
3) I have also heard that from 2013 session BCA student can take direct admission in MCA second year via lateral entry by which you can complete your MCA in only two years so better d

You can choose subjects from the Scheme of Studies given. However, it is required to successfully complete a minimum of five subjects, which is compulsory for Certification.
