Firstly there is no percentage criteria required to apply CDSE.
For exam you should have below criteria -
1)minimum age must be 21 years
2)Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years
3)you must have a minimum of Graduation from a recognized university
4)you must be an Indian Citizen
5) You must have secured a minimum of 60% in Academics

hi anand, first i think you have to complete your 12th class after that looks for 3 year ug courses in editing.all the best.i dnt prfer diploma courses because.taking 2013 to 2014 its not have much demands.and already.high competion so.go for best.planned manner.
