The minimum percentile in CAT this year is 91 for the Business Management programme and 84 for Human Resource Management. And yes, B. Tech CGPA does matter. You are required to have an undergraduate CGPA of above 50%. Hence, you are eligible for the programme.

Yes , in UPSEE mostly questions comes from U.P. BOARD but you have to know some shortcuts and techniques to solve them in less time. Now days every coaching center provides crash course after your board exams. Find any good coaching center in your area consult them. And if you want i will send you last year questions papers.

You see . . cloud really have future scop but it is good for people who are starting their career becoz it scope is in future . .
Now .NET i think since you dont' have any programing background it will be really tough for you to work in .NET techology where cloud have a vast scope and varity of fields avelable to work in . . So in my opinion you shuld go for Cloud Cirtification . . However i am not aware of fields in which you can work but the only thing i know is Future is of Cloud . . Even Microsoft have planned to switch their technology focus on Cloud . .
