Yes, you can apply. The minimum qualification required for B.Ed course is Bachelor of arts (BA), Bachelor of science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/ university with at least 50% marks. To be honest, It will be very difficult for you to opt for merchant navy. If you join the same, you'll have to travel the world as it all depends on the company requirements. Change in weather is obvious as you will be traveling from one continent to other. If you can beat this allergy with the help of any treatment, you can go for it else things will be tough for you.
