JEE Mains will allow you to get admission in government colleges. Whereas, LEET will enable you to get admission for very limited seats, which are offered in 2nd year. If you have gone to polytechnic, then you have option of JEE Mains as well LEET.

It's a very difficult question since no data is available about number of students seeking admission via LEET vis a vis seats available in engineering colleges in your state.
But what I know of my own knowledge is that competition is quite tough for LEET. But then where there is a will there is a way.

Hope your preparation for NEET 2018 is going awesome. During submission of online application, a candidate should be really careful about all the guidelines mentioned by the CBSE.
