Well, the CAT exam is usually conducted in the month of November. So, after you graduate, you can write the exam in the same year after waiting for a few months or you can write the exam in 2019 November and the apply for the colleges in 2020. In this way you have the benefit of not wasting a year.

No, you will not be eligible for BITSAT as for the entrance, you need to be of Science background with PCM compulsory as this is an engineering entrance. So sorry for you.

Rather than focusing on such thing, you should also appear for JEE Mains, which is going to be conducted in April, because if you don't give the exam in April, then there are chances of falling down your rank, as competition is going to increase much this time.

No, without giving JENPAUH, one can not take admission in Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences, Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan.
The admissions are purely on basis of the scores obtained in JENPAUH.

You can't do CA in Australia, because it is an Indian concept. You can do ACCA, CFA CWA in Australia as these are also professional course like CA. All the best.
