The choice should actually depend upon your personal interest + your natural flair for certain kind of jobs + the kind of work which you want to do in future in your career. Your decision should also be based on your plan to do degree later after completing your diploma, if the opportunity arises. Plainly speaking diploma in Civil engg would be my choice as the job entails lot of field work which is available in plenty and there is lot of scope for diploma holders in this field as compared to other branches that you have mentioned.

Dear Mr cp33. I have gone through ur query and came to know that u r running towards other's saying. I would like to suggest u that plz keep patience and stick to one line. If u r good in PHP then look for the job openings in PHP professionals. Right now u r just a PHP coder u don't know how to deploy ur website. For Deploying Website u must be aware of webserver either IIS or Apache or Tomcat and many more. If u choose LAMP will be good. LAMP stands for Linux, Apache, MySql & PHP. After that go for web development line.If u know PHP then for for RHCSA only that will solve ur purpose.
