Hi Arshiya, as you are already through with the diploma course so, you may opt for lateral entry scheme. This scheme enable students to take admission directly in the second year.
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates with a diploma in engineering can apply for the course. The diploma holders should have scored a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules.
The lateral entry examination has many advantages :
*The students selected for the course can directly get admitted for the second year classes.
*The candidate can save one year through this scheme and need not study the basic subjects that they have studied earlier.
*The candidate will gain familiarity with the subjects and this helps them to understand and study the subject with ease and interest.
But, not to forget, lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to please directly contact the university officials.

General Eligibility Criteria:-
The individual's must be a citizen of India. Also preference is given to those who are residents of the state. Some institute do keep an age limit of 17 years.
Academic Eligibility Criteria:-
Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%
The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry
Most institutes insist candidates should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard
You do not fulfill either of the above. So I would suggest you to take up a bachelor's degree in any of the arts subjects. As you have interest for IT, you can start with C++ in order to begin the career in your desired field and to understand where you stand. Or you can opt for B.SC Animation as one of the youngest, fastest-changing, and most rewarding industries is computer animation.
You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:
