I would suggest Animation and visual effects. There are several different types of courses available for this field. Specially Visual Effects is a superb stream to go for. Animation, in general, is not limited to just cartoon or movies and stuff, but is a very vast field. because u done ur b.tech in (me) it is very use when u take this in ur m.tech and coming to m.b.a both the degres are valuable and its based on ur intrest for m.b.a management subjects are also applicable and u have a chance to gain job ion that field also then think again which is correct and which suits u.all the best
