After completing the engineering trading course in ITI, one can go for higher studies like diploma in engineering. There are also specialized short-term courses for certain trades, offered in Advanced Training Institutes (ATI's), which enhances the skills of candidates. Most industries/ companies accept ITI graduates only as apprentices and they train them for a period of 6 months to 1-2 years, depending on the company. They may be considered suitable for employment only after the training period. Reputed ITI's and ITC's have their own placement cells and candidates after completing their trades may be directly recruited to the companies.
Based on the trade opted, ITI qualified candidates can apply for jobs in the private sector and public sector. Electronics, welder, refrigeration and air-conditioner mechanic trade are the trades in ITI's, which are most in demand.
another option is for higher studies like Diploma or Degree in respective discipline.

After 12th you can apply for National Defence Academy.
It is one of the most prestigious achivement to crack the NDA exam.
It is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.
It involves a procedure ,
1.Written test
2.SSb or AFSB interview
3.Medical and fitness test.
Once you pass all these tests,you will be provided with training from any of the respective defense institutes for a period of 52 weeeks
In order to give the NDA exam , the following eligibilities are necessary :-
1.) 10+2 pass students with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 70% are eligible for it.
2.) Only unmarried male candidates are allowed in this . Girls are not allowed.
3.) Age limitation is between 16.5 -19 years.
4.) Minimum height should be 157cm with 5cm chest expansion.
5.) Eyesight should be 6/6 of both the eyes.

As a friend I would suggest you to go for M.Sc as you have already done your Bachelors in Chemistry and doing the same again will not be a feasible option. However the choice is your as both the courses are good and have their own scopes
