Hello Armaan
When you enrol in the physics field for your graduation, you will get a B.Sc (Hons) degree.
When you opt for PCM combination, you will get a B.Sc degree.
There isn't any major difference between them as Hons students also study some basics and major parts of subsidiary subjects.
Universities have different criteria for this. In Banaras Hindu University, you have to choose the combination of three subjects whereas for Delhi University, you have to choose only one single subject for graduation.
As both are graduation degrees. Both are equal and there isn't any weightage for a particular one.

Hi,
Abroad is a vast term. It is good if you could mention the country. You may alternatively check ranking tables like QS Ranking. Harvard, INSEAD, London Business School, etc. are some of the best institutes. The top universities have excellent career assistance service, please understand its not on campus placement. They will only help you network with potential employers. You may check university websites for all these details.

It looks like that you are new in the banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalised banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda. SBI conducts its own exam as well.
So, you have to give & qualify it.
