Candidates seeking admission under ECA quota first need to register themselves on the official website of DU. It may be noted that at the time of online registration for DU admission, candidates need to upload their ECA certificate which will work as an evidence of a candidates participation in a particular ECA activity. It may also be noted that the certificate should not be more than three years old.
DU admissions for ECA category candidates will be done on the basis of merit which will be determined through marks earned by a candidate under following parameters:

Candidates are offered admission for UG programmes at Jamia Hamdard University on the basis of their performance in NEET/JEE Main exam. However, for admission in any other course (wherein the scores of these exams are not valid), the university would shortlist candidates for admission basis their marks in the qualifying exam and thereafter conduct an interview round or may even conduct an entrance exam at the university level to offer admission.
