Dear friend,
I think your life has become haphazard & is not planned. Your interest have been also changing day by day. I think if this is happening one day your interest on IT will be gone. So my suggestion is please follow the below stage -
1. Leave all the things for 1 weak.
2. Sit in a single room first do meditation (will be painful for some days but try hard) I morning & evenings.
3. If your interest is on any outdoor game. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED YOU TO GO THERE EVERY DAY.

Yes, distance learning MBA has value in the market. Most of the students think that distance learning doesn't have value but they are wrong. My brother has done his MBA in IT from Amity Distance and he has been working in an IT company since the last 3 years. I would recommend distance learning.

You may have to check if you can practise medicine in UK and if your certificates are valid in UK. If you wish then you can even study a year or two or more which will make it easy for you to establish a business and settle. But validation of any course that you have done is very important.

Well, it varies every year, as said in the previous answers, it was good in the year 2011, 2012, 2013 but, 2014 was the worst. Again, 2015 and 2016 batch got around 80%-85% placement. I belong to the 32nd batch (2017). In our batch, placement ratio again fell down. Till now, it is only around 50%. The major recruiter TCS hired only 76 students, which used to be above 150. Then, Tech-Mahindra took 24, and many of the CSE and ETC students recruited by other small IT companies.
