you need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list. After that second list comes out and admissions are done on the basis of the second list. This procedure continues till all the seats are filled.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc Physics honors, but in private institutes and not in government institutes with these marks even if you belong to SC category, but you can pursue B.Sc after 6 years of your class 12th. Good luck.

No, directly you can apply for correspondence B.Ed from IGNOU. Eligibility:
Candidates with:
a) At least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, and,
b) The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed (ODL): (I) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. (ii)Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode. Thanks.

Eligibility for MA Economics is:
Interested aspirants for Economics degree must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
BA (Hons) in Economics subject a minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation.
Although, the eligibility criteria may differ for entrance exam procedure and merit-based admission process. As in Delhi University, the eligibility for merit-based admissions is aggregate 50% in BA (Hons) Economics done from DU only.
